You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, unopened and undamaged with the original purchase receipt enclosed. Unless faulty, products which have been opened cannot be refunded.

All returned items are evaluated before processing and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition, are open or are damaged. We will accept a return of the products purchased on hairandbeautyfx.com for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 14 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition, in the original packaging, unopened and including the original receipt or proof of purchase.

We will refund within 14 days once goods have been received and evaluated. Your refund will be credited back using the same payment method used to make the original purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
